Sales And Refunds
Seattle Granite Countertops is the most flexible granite supplier you will find. We need to make sure that enough granite is purchased for the job. If after the job there is an uncut/undamaged piece we will buy it back. If there is extra backsplash and we no longer have countertop to match it then we will not buy back the piece.
Returned Checks/Insufficient Funds
Checks that are returned or have insufficient funds will be charged a $35 processing fee.
Storage
We will do our best to accomodate your building needs after your purchase. Don't worry, we'll work with ya, just don't abuse it.
Transportation/Material Handling
Please come prepared. If you are planning to buy and take the granite with you, please come with an 'A' frame. Ratchet type tie downs are best. Leave the bungee cords and rope at home. We need to be able to secure the material to the A frame and the A frame to the truck. C clamps or Quick Grips are also helpful. We say all this because granite is heavy, expensive and if not transported properly can be dangerous, you might crush a toe! If you have any questions please call and we'll talk you through this.
Do We Deliver?
Hesitantly. However for a reasonable fee we will deliver in our area. If it is worth it to you we will do our best to meet your needs.
